Website terms.

Updated October 29, 2026. KidStandby is presently an early-access service under development in the Richmond and Midlothian, Virginia area.

Prelaunch status

Descriptions of activities and features on this site are illustrative of what we hope to offer. There are no live bookings, confirmed discounts or guaranteed available spots at this time. Submitting your information does not reserve an activity, create a transaction, or require us to publish a listing.

Provider submissions

Providers submitting activity information represent they are authorized to do so and that what they provide is accurate to the best of their knowledge. We may review, decline, verify or request clarification before posting any information. Listing terms, compensation, cancellation procedures and any commercial arrangements must be agreed separately.

Independent activities

Activities offered in the future will be operated by independent third-party businesses, not KidStandby. Each provider is responsible for its own staffing, safety, permissions, eligibility criteria, accessibility and activity rules. Parents and guardians should evaluate suitability and requirements before booking or attending an activity.

Changes

We may change or discontinue planned features. If reservations, payments, bookings or user accounts become available, we intend to publish additional applicable terms before accepting transactions.
